Dr. Perez’s Background
After growing up in Mexico, Dr. Perez completed a transitional year residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois; a general surgery residency at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio; and a plastic surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California.
Along with his work at Renue Aesthetic Surgery, Dr. Perez served at the Kansas City VA Medical Center for more than 20 years. He considers it a profound honor and a cornerstone of his career to have offered reconstructive and plastic surgery services to the brave individuals who served our country. He also served as a clinical assistant professor in the Plastic Surgery Department at the University of Kansas Medical Center, teaching plastic surgery residents.
Dr. Perez is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Greater Kansas City Plastic Surgery Society.
